It is with great sadness that I inform you of the death of |

Pat Fairhust |

who passed away last Friday morning in Chorley Hospital, |
|
having been taken in the night before. |
|
The funeral will be at St.John's Church, Park Road, Coppull |
|
at 2:30pm on Wednesday 6th Feb, followed by a PRIVATE cremation. |
|
No flowers by request, donations if desired, to Derian House or Barnardos. |
